My Mission

To get a refund to my credit card for non service Dune Awaking Server hosted with Gportal. This is the chat log with Gportal for last 36 days of service service has been running for about 56 days.  a log  of Gportal  not working for days at a time. trying to get a refund to my card used and there telling me you can only get a credit to the service not my card. tell me if you went to a place to eat and it made you sick would you want credit for the the place for more of there food that made you sick or refund to eat somewhere else.
